These habits can be altered to our use.
Here's a simple tip.:- Write down just two habits initially that do not resonate with your goals on a sheet of paper.
Now take another sheet and write the opposite or a positive habit that you would love to inculcate and record these in your own voice full of energy and listen to as many times as possible for the next 21 days.as it takes that much time for a person to change a habit.
Before that tear-off the first sheet and flush it down.
Keep a watch on the results you are now getting. You will see your life changing like night and day.
So just go ahead and take control of your life to beyond the next logical level.
